When I try to update my Earthlink Internet program I get
the following Microsoft Explorer box:
The "InstallShield Update Service Agent" has failed to
install properly. In order for the "InstallShield Update
Service Agent" to Properly install, you must be an
administrator on your PC and you must be using your
browser's default security settings. Press OK to try
again to show updates through "InstallShield Update
Service Agent". Press cancel to continue without
the "InstallShield Update Service Agent". If you choose
to proceed without the wizard, you may not be able to
see some updates.
I am the administrator on my PC (at leat I am pretty
sure I am)--But I am lost in all this verbage.
I have been to HP, Earthlink, and InstallShield Update
Service.---They refer me to Microsoft.
Can anyone help me to get my program to update properly
without the Microsoft Internet Explorer window coming Up?
