Windows XP installshield HELP ME!

im trying to intall software for my mobile phone (Nokia 7600) but when it trys to run the install shield it says

[1607: unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime.]

does anyone know how to fix this?? please help as soon as possible

ahh man thanks alot but i tryed what it said there and it didnt work. one of the files they wanted me to download said i have the wrong OS. i have XP pro
my computer is a pain in the you know what
