Everytime i install a program at the end of the installation i get a

thanks for giving me that link, it has'nt really helped much, basicly
got a load of files missing that installshield need to make it work an
the only solution it gives for that is a complete reinstall of window
. which i didnt want to do because iv'e already done that twice in th
past 7 days because of various other problems. what a nightmare, doe
anyone out know a way to get installshield on my pc without doing
complete instal
