Nokia 6630 PC Suite

Every time I attempt to install the PC Suite for my nokia 6630 (from cdrom or
latest downloaded version) I get presented with "Installshield 1607 Unable to
install Installshield Scripting run time" and can get no further. I have
tried both with windows 2000 and XP Home edition
