InstallShield box at Start-Up

When WindowsXP Pro starts up I have a box labeled - InstallSheild which
reads: Command line parameters:
/L langage ID
/S Hide initialization dialog. For silent mode use:/S
/v/qn
/UA<url to InstMsiA.exe>
/UW<url to InstMsrW.exe>
/UM<url to msi package>

This is a new installation so I have loaded a few programs and this may be a
remnant of something.

How to get rid of this box evry time I re-start?

bandaid solution: start/run type msconfig <enter> click startup,
uncheck install shield, ok out of that box reboot and rejoyce.

Flamer.

Additional Information/comment:
In msconfig, the install shield has two files to uncheck:
ISUSPM
issch
I am not sure which program inserted its hooks into msconfig without a
response from me, but I suspect that it is spysweeper version
5.05.1286 update, available just recently.

If you are the OP (or the OP has SpySweeper), there have been reports of a
great many problems with the latest SpySweeper update. I would uninstall it
and use something else until they get the issues worked out. Check with
their tech support for details.

The two files, ISUSPM and issch do not appear in the msconfig startup box.

What now?

I would uncheck start up items in MSconfig which do not look like they
belong to a program that y'all are familiar with. If the problem
disappears, recheck a coupleof items at a time until the culprit is
found. Keep notes as to which msconfig lines y'all have unchecked. It
will get confusing after a while.
Get start up inspector, it will aid y'alls search.
Good luck
