updating office xp

After going to this

and following the steps to update my microsoft office product to SP1 when I
try to start the installer using "msiexec /p c:\office\MAINSP1_Admin.msp /a
c:\office\proplus.msi SHORTFILENAMES=TRUE /qb /L* c:\office\sp1Log.log" I
get this message from windows installer. Any help relating to succcessfully
updating my Microsoft office to SP1,SP2,SP3 respectively will be greatly
appreciated.

Microsoft service packs are cumulative - everything in SP1
and SP2 is also in SP3 so just do SP3.

When I go there, it tells me my office product is up to date and there are
no updates for it. But when I go to MS Word and click help then about, I
don't see SP3 after the version number.
Microsoft service packs are cumulative - everything in SP1
and SP2 is also in SP3 so just do SP3.

Microsoft® Word 2002 (10.6612.6735) SP3

Visit....

Click on Check for Updates.

After the page gets done scanning click on Show already installed Office
updates in the left hand pane.

What does the Office Update History log say?
C:\Program Files\OfficeUpdate11\ouhistv3.log
