I am installing XP. In setup it always comes that files do not copy correct.
press enter to retry. When finished it go´s to setup again. 6 - 10 times
before installing XP.
When Windows start it asks about password. Both admin. and other users. Why?
I did not set any password. I am now formatting and starting all over again.
Does XP come with password? And if so, why is it not gien to us with the
certification key? Does anyone know?

if you have to keep pressing the key
then either your cd is dirty or cracked...
or your cdrom is just plain defective

as to the password...
you are the one that must set that during the installation

if you are loggin on to any profile for which you have not set a password...
you should just be able to press the "enter" key

I just pressed the enter key when installing beacourse it asked for it when
files did not copy correctly.
As for the passwords, I have just formatted the disk now and installed XP
again.
I did not write anything anywhere this time and still it want open with out
a password.
Now it is not administrator, but owner and guest. Both will not open with
out password.

If you didn't set a password try leaving it blank.

Problems copying files or corrupted files during installation are
most often caused by defective or sub-standard hardware; in order of
likelihood, either RAM, the hard drive, or the motherboard.

No, of course not. That's why you're asked to create one for the
Administrator account when installing the OS for the first time, if you
have WinXP Pro. (WinXP Home doesn't ask for an Administrator password
during installation.)

And if so, why is it not gien to us with the
certification key? Does anyone know?

If you didn't set a password, than it's blank.
