installing XP on different pc's?

Hello
I am wondering if Xp (home or Pro) can be installed on multiple machines
using the same installation disk ? can it be activated ? will it only work
for 30 days? If your a repair technician how can you reinstall xp without
the disk?

The same CD can be used, but a separate licence must be bought for each
installation..

A repair technician has to use the product key that was supplied
originally.. if the machine was supplied with OEM XP, there would be a label
somewhere on the case, and yes a CD would be required..
