Installing WMP 11

I am using Windows XP Media Center Edition Version 2002 SP 3. When I try to
download and install WMP 11. First It asked me to download and install
windows xp Media center 2005 roll up 2. Then I downloaded and tried to
install roll up 2. But once again it requested me to download and install
..Net Framework 1.1 and .Net Framwork 1.1 sp 1. Is it right?. can I follow the
instruction.
