installing windows xp

I have windows 2000 on my PC and I'm trying to install
windows XP pro upgrade ,
it telling me that it found items that are not compatible
with windows XP

Please help

Is there a question? If the items are incompatible then that's the way it is. Some might be upgradeable, but you will have to give more information than just "items".
