I am trying to install Windows XP Office on my laptop.
I'm in Iraq and have no access to the internet (on my
laptop). Is this possible? It will do nothing after

So we can assume you have an Office XP CD? It doesn't need Internet access
to install. It doesn't even need it to activate.

What do you mean by "It will do nothing after several attempts"? You need
to be more descriptive here.
