Installing web cam problems!

After following the instructions provided with the camera, i connected
the device to the USB port and waited for the plug and play hardware
installer promt to appear.
after searching for the hardware this message appeard:

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver
may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

I havnt got a clue what this messege means or is, could someone please
be able to help me?!

the webcam is a mikomi m6225

You should be asking the tech support people at Mikomi - they made the
thing.

Have your webcam drivers ready - CD in tray - and go AddNewHardware wizard.
