Installing Terminal Services

I am trying to setup Terminal Services on my server so I
can access from my home PC if any problem. When I go to
components I'm not seeing it. Where and how to I set this
up?
 
Which OS are you running?
With "components", do you mean Control Panel - Add/Remove programs -
Add/Remove Windows components?
