Installing Remote Access Service in Windows 2000 Porfessional

I am trying to install SBC's Dial Setup program (for connecting to ISP) on a
WIndows 2000 Professional pc. Their setup program tells me that the PC does
not meet minimum requirements because Remote Access Service is not installed.
The recommended solution is to Install Remote Access...I have looked
everywhere and found nothing about how to install Remote Access Service on a
WIndows 2000 Professional based PC! I've tried installing their program on 4
different Windows 2000 Pro machines and all fail for the same reason.

Does anyone know how to Install Remote Access Service onto a Windows 2000
Professional PC?

Thanks,
