Installation of the Routing and Remote Access service failed because: Access is Denied (80070005)

Trying to configure routing and remote access on a Windows 2003 System
located in NT4 Domain.


I do the following:

Execute Routing and Remote Access
Configure and Enable Routing and Remote Access ( right click on
computer name )
Select Custom Configuration
Select LAN Routing
Click on Finish....and then get....

Installation of the Routing and Remote Access service failed because:
Access is Denied (80070005)

I am Domain administrator with full rights.

Unfortunately this does no work.

I can perform the installation when the server is member of a
workgroup.
I can perform the installation when the server is member of a Windows
2003 domain.

But, from the moment I add it to our NT4 domain, this problem appears
no matter what dcom settings we use.

Kerberos security issue?
