Installing Programs-Restricted Account

We were installing Microsoft Picture It on my mom's computer (Windows XP Home Edition), and chose the default for everything. There are two accounts on her Computer (One Administrator and One Limited). We installed the program under the Administrator account, but it will not run when logged on under the limited account, it prompts to "Please run as Administrator". I know about the "right click, run as" command. Why didn't it install for ALL USERS and how can we change it? Thanks

You will probably need to install it under her profile, this is not unusual
for WinXP and older software. Please see more details here:
