Installing Photoshop CS2- data1.cab file error HELP

I have recently reformated by C drive and installing programs. When trying
to install my Adobe Photoshop CS2 I get an error message -- data1.cab file is
corrupt of missing. Can't install.

I don't know what to do? Can anyone help?

You probably need to put the question to Adobe, the file data1.cab is part
of the Photoshop installation I would think and not windows.
