Hi,
The notebook i'm using has a cd-rom that does not work and my hard drive is "faulty".
I used a 2.5" Hard Disk connector to connect my hard disk to my IDE connector on my PC and it works. I was able to to reformat my hard disk and install windows XP over it.
Problem is, the settings which were used during this installation can only run on my PC and not my laptop.
Is there a way to install windows XP on my laptop's hard disk through my PC and enable it to run on my laptop?
Thanks!
note: laptop cd-rom does not work, and i can boot on Lan
