Installing on Dial-up

I am helping my neighbor with a serious attack.
WHile doing research on my system, I downloaded and
installed MS antispyware. I went through the XP
verification proccess first.

At the neighbors ( using a dial up) I went through xp
verification, and after 2 hours the download is still
only at 17% ( Itold you he has spyware and his connection
is badly stalled).

Can I burn this onto a CD and go nextdoor to instal on
his computer? or is my product key associated with my
instal

You can do that--the genuine validation process is associated only with the
download, and not with the installation or operation at this point. In
fact, validation is not required to get this download--only encouraged.
