Hi I am trying to install software for a webcam and I put the cd-rom into the
drive and nothing popped up. A "language selection" screen is supposed to
appear and it isn't. This isn't the first time this has happened. I know that
I am supposed to open Windows Explorer and double click the "Set-Up.exe" icon
under the CD-ROM directory but I can't seem to find any of this. Please
help!! Thank you so much.

Vista pops up a dialogue whenever you insert a CD or DVD. In this box you
will find various options for what to do with the disk's files and folders.
Choose the installation program displayed there. If you can't see one,
choose 'open folders' and browse for it yourself.

Installation programs may have different names. Look for .exe files with
names like setup, install, autorun, run, or the same name as the software
itself. It could also be that you have to open a Windows Installer file
(.msi extension).
