Installing Lexmark p6250

Having just bought above machine but unable to install software plus alot of
other programs seem to be conflicting Can scan copy but not print from the
computer Any help Cheers TC
 
You did install the software BEFORE connecting the all in one unit to the PC
didn't you?
 
Yes l did Thanks l believe the problem is in the f-secure internet security
as when this was uninstalled the printer and all functions worked fine and
installed properly on to the computer but now l have reinstalled the f-secure
the same problems are arising Any Ideas Cheers Tony
