Installing Japanese on Windows XP Home

Greetings,

I have an HP a220n. A a330n at Best buy installed the
asian languages easily from the regional control panel
but my home machine asks for the Windows XP CD and a file
xjis.nls.

Unfortunately, I found out after the fact the "cheap" PCs
don't come with a OS CD. Can somebody help me get past
this problem?
