Installing Frontpage

When I try to install Frontpage I get a message that says "Setup failed to
locate a valid qualifying product on your machine. Please select the drive
where a qualifying product can be found." What is a qualifying product and
can I install Frontpage without one?

A CD with the prior version of FrontPage to install an upgrade version. As you see you can not
install it without the qualifying product (prior version).

A previous version of Frontpage is a "qualifying product" - the packaging
should tell you what products are acceptable as "upgrade qualifying
products" - the packaging should also indicate it as an "Upgrade" version.
