Hi. I bought FrontPage (version 2002) last year. I've been
unable to install it on my computer. Each time I try to
install it this message pops up "Setup failed to locate a
valid qualifying product on your machine." and then this
error " error 1608 setup was unable to locate a qualifying
product"
What is this? How can i resolve this problem?
I'm using Windows XP.

It sounds like you purchased an upgrade, not the full product. To install
the upgrade you either need a prior version of FP on your PC or the prior
version on CD when the installer asks for the qualifying product.
