Installing FrontPage 2003 - Windows Installer Problem!

When I try to install FrontPage 2003 I get a message that
Windows Installer Service could not be accessed & then I
can't install. Any suggestions on how to correct this?

Are you running w/ Admin permissions and in Start All Programs Administrative Tools Services is
Windows Installer (properties) Enabled

Thank you VERY much, Stefan! I went in & enabled the Windows
Installer as you suggested & I was able to install the program. I would not
have known where to go to enable installer without your lead. Andy
