Installing device driver

Dear All,
I am having problems with internet phones. I have tried 2. In both cases, I
have failed to get install the driver, either with windows wizard, or with
the manufactures sotware. Any suggestions?

What are the exact error messages you get?
 
The device manager reports this error:-
"This device is not configured correctly. (Code 1)"
Thanks
