Installing Cisco VPN Client on XP machine

One of my user's is having a problem installing the Cisco
VPN Client v.3.6.2 on his XP machine at home. He's getting
the following error message (it may not be exact)

the software has not passed windows logo testing

I had a similar problem with other VPN solutions and
after contacting the manufacturer they told me to go
ahead and just click the button "continue anyway". In my
case it did work.

You should contat Cisco and see what is their
recommendation about the version your user is trying to
install.

The ones I have done this are: Nortel 4.65 and Citrix
