Installing card reader

Have tried to install a Verbatim SD card reader in XP. Hardware
installtion wizard reports software or driver required. I thought that
XP would merely allocate a drive automatically. Can anyone please
advise a newbie?

WE use Google from time to time when we don't know - this is what you would have
got www.verbatim.com.au/support/downloads.cfm , use it and install.
