installing Analysis toolpak in Excel 2002 without the installation

Hello:

I need to install the Analysis Toolpak add-in to Excel 2002 but I do not
have the original installation CD with me, so the installation aborts. Is
there another way to install it? Can it be downloaded somewhere? I couldn't
find it on the Office Update website.

You won't find it on the Office Update site or anywhere else.

How do you know it is not installed?

Does ATP not show in Tools>Add-ins?

I can send you the files if you wish..........about 750kb for the files
needed, including the ATP for VBA

Email me if this is what you want.

Change the AT and DOT to appropriate punctuation.
