When i try to access <hk.yahoo.com> it prompts me to
install the Trasitional Chinese Language Pack, and i
click yes. When it starts installing, another prompt
stops me and says that i need a file "xjis.nls" from the
Windows Home Edition CD-ROM, but my computer came with
Windows pre-installed. What do I do??

This always presents a problem for those who wish to install language
packs. The language packs are included with the retail versions of
Home and Pro. Some OEM editions likewise have them. However, if
you only have a recovery CD or a recovery partition on the hard drive,
you will be unable to install additional languages.

Either borrow a friend's retail copy and use it to install the Chinese
language pack or buy a retail version of XP.
