I cannot successfully install my Canon bubble jet printer
BJC-2100 series printer to my compaq 6000 presario XP

Exactly what procedure are you following to install the printer.... you
should be logged on as an Administrator and install the drivers BEFORE
connecting the printer to the PC.

What error messages are you receiving when you try the installation?
