INSTALLER PROBLEM

I'm reposting this as it didn't show up in the NG listings
on the Microsoft website ...

Hi again gang,

Nero came through with a cleaning tool, and I got all the Nero
stuff out of my system - at last.

The problem is worse than I thought.

The problems that I was having with Nero were actually caused
by the installer. I tried to install Sonic DLA,
And the installer aborted the process with the error message:

Internal error 2203. C:\WINNT\Installer\740ff.ipi,

I went into Add/Remove Programs, and I tried to uninstall the
previous installation of Sonic RecordNow!, and the installer
aborted the process with the error message:

What is the deal with the installer?

... anyone? :’-(

Adaptec???

I'm working with Sonic.

Anyhow, the situation has been resolved - it was an access problem
with one of the Temp folders - installation is operating normally now.
