Installer problem?

I've seen almost the same error message installing a
program and uninstalling a program (x's denote difference)
Internal Error 2203. C:\WINDOWS\Installer\xxxxxx.ipi,
-2147287035

What does this mean?
or,
Where can I find someone who knows what this means?
