installer pop window in e-mail

HELP !!! I think I have installed all the new updates and such. Everytime I
receive email i get a window installer pop up box first. and each incoming
mail has to go through this process, not just once, but every single thing
that comes in.

And do you let it finish then or cancel it?
Run an Office Diagnostic via the Help menu. Obviously something is broken in
your installation and the installer want to fix it.
