Installed Outlook Connector and now Outlook doesn't work

I can open Outlook and view messages, but when I try to reply or create a
message I get:
"The messaging interface has returned unknown error. Restart Outlook."
But, restarting does nothing. Sometimes i get message "Reinstall Outlook",
but I do not have a CD, so not sure how to do that. I also ran repairs on
Offfice under "Add/Remove" software, but no change.
Any ideas?
