Installed new XP Pro over Pirated XP Pro...program problems

I purchased a computer and then tried to update the Service Pack and found
out the version of XP Pro on the computer was pirated. I went and purchased
a new copy and installed it on the computer. Now the new XP Pro does not see
all of the software already installed on the drive.

I don't want to re-install all of it...what should I do?
