Installed...but will not Scan

Have installed the Microsoft Antispware, but the program
is unabwille to perform a Scan???? The program will fire
up just fine, but does nothing after we command it to "Run
Scan Now"....it just sits there. Any help would be
appreciated. XP/ just updated to sp2

Have you tried running it safe mode? If the problem persist you can always
uninstall and reinstall to see if it fixes the problems.
