Dear Gentlemen:

I am trying to install an update of a software. I keep
getting the erros message:

"The system administrator has set policies tha prevent
this installation"

How can I solve this?

Thanks,

If your user account is a limited account, you need to install the
application from an Administrator account. If your account is a
Administrator account and there is no other administrator that might set
policy on your system, it's possible it is an older application and not
compatible with XP's security or it may be an application that is trying to
make changes or install files to a folder to which it doesn't have access.

If this is an issue with just this application, you might want to contact
the applications tech support for help with this issue.
