Installation/Upgrade faild

Each time I installed the Windows Vista RC1, the whole part will be done
expect the upgrade part which will go to the black screen and never come back
to the original sreen even if I am upgrading from the Windows Beta 2, or
fresh Installation, all are the same problem.

Intel COre Duo
T2400 @ 1.83GHz(CPU)
