Installation Process in Korean

Sometimes when I'm downloading or updating something, the information is in
Korean. For instance, to update iTunes, the instructions are in Korean. But I
haven't updated my itunes in a while so I can't say if it still shows that
way. I can tell what buttons are what, but it's irritating because I can't
read it. Most times, it's in English but I always want it on English. How do
I change the language so that anything that pops up is in English?

And what does 'Control Panel' -> 'Languages and Locales' applet says?
