installation probs with program previously run on Windows98

I have attempted to install a program called Photo
Management System which I used originally with Windows
98. It appeared to install OK but when I tried to run the
program I get this error message:
System Error
Divide By Zero or Overflow Error
What does this mean? How can I get the program to operate?
