Divide By Zero or Overflow Error

I get this error when I try to run an EDI program called
ASN Plus from GE Global Exchange. can anybody help?

Years ago I go a divide by zero error. It turned out to
be a program that I was using that was conflicting with
another program that I was using. I had to find out what
the two programs were. Fortunatley I got it on the first
try but I can imagine that this can take some time to
troubleshoot.
