Installation problems

When I try to install the demo of the Chessmaster 10th Edition I get the
following errors in the middle of the installation process and then it is
interrupted, so I can´t install it:

Error 1609.An error occured while applying security settings. Administrator
is not a valid user or group. This could be a problem wiht the package, or a
problem connecting to a domain controller on the network. Check your network
connection and click Retry or Cancel to end the install.

Feature transfer error
Error: -1603 Fatal error during installation.
Consult Windows Installer Help (Msi.chm) or MSDN for more information.

What's the problem? What should I do?

What's the problem? What should I do?

Contact the manufacturer for support. I'm presuming you don't have problems
installing other software.
