Installation Problem with IE6 SP1

I have all the installation files for IE6 SP1 on the hard drive of a 933 MHz
256 RAM machine running Win ME. The installation starts fine but hangs up at
66%. CPU usage is 100%. Nothing running except required programs. It shows
the installation program as 'running' in the Close Program dialog box. Any
suggestions on what I might try next?

Try Installing It From Windows Update And Or Restart And
Try Again, But To Sounds Like The Downloaded Files You
Got Are Corrupted. Might Try Above First Or Try Re
Downloading The Program Again
