installation of applications

How do I install applications so they will be available
to all users who would log on to the workstation?

After the program is installed, find the shortcut to the program in
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator,
click the shortcut for the program and then drag the shortcut to the All
Users/Start/Programs folder.
