All user access needed to an application installed for a single us

I have a user who installed an application to be used by a single user
instead of all users on an XP Professional machine. The domain the account
logged on with is no longer accessible as the domain no longer exists.
Apparently there is allot involved in setting up this application. Is there a
way to set this up so all users can access the application without needing to
re-install?

Since this is apparently a proprietary piece of software, call the
program's tech support. They are the ones who can answer your question
the best.
