On 1/29/2004 I purchased Excel 2003 for $200.00 and then I purchased Word
2003 Upgrade for $120.00 on 10/31/2005. I had no problems at all until a
couple of days when I install VISTA Prem 64-bit. Since I had lost everything
of my Hard Drive after I install VISTA. I installed Excel with no problem.
Then I tried install Word I was unable to install this . f you would, etter
me to take care of Word.

Thank you

You obviously reformatted your system to install Vista. (That's a good thing
in my opinion). Excel was a full version so it *would* install with no
problems. Word is an upgrade. since you wipe everything out, it has nothing
to upgrade from. You need a qualifying product. Look at the software box to
see what products you need.
