As titled, how to install Windows 2000 in D: after
Windows XP installed in C:? Is boot menu available when
boot Windows?

1. Save these hidden files to a different location:
c:\ntldr, c:\ntdetect.com
2. Install Win2000
3. Boot into Win2000
4. Restore the previously saved files to C:\.

You will automatically get a boot menu.
