Install Widows XP Home over Windows 2000 NT

Will I run into any problems installing Windows XP Home over Windows 2000 NT. I bought the upgrade because I could not install some programs on my personal computer

Only Windows XP Professional can upgrade over Windows 2000/NT Workstation.
Windows XP Home Edition cannot perform this upgrade, therefore a "clean install"
will be required.
