Install Vista Beta 2 on Intel iMac

1) I am aware that this is a Windows peer-support group, not an Apple
peer-support group.
2) I am asking for help installing install Vista on my Intel iMac 17"
anyway.
3) I am asking for help from anyone who has accomplished this on their
Intel Mac. While I appreciate all comments, I prefer helpful ones,
rather than idiocy.
4) I am especially asking for help making sure that my Airport
Wireless card will work under Vista, since there is not a wired
network in my house, only a wireless one. This means any driver
download links, etc.

Well, I got Vista Ultimate w/Aero installed on my Intel iMac yesterday, with
full functionality (except for the iSight camera).

I didn't see the original post here, but you might want to try these two
sites:

http://forum.osx86project.org/index.php?showtopic=14448
and
http://onmac.net/

Lots of people have managed to install Vista (and definitely XP) now, with
Aero Glass working (depending on the Mac.) You'll find more info there.

Sir Timbit

Thanks. I don't know if you really read my post, however. I did reply to
my own post to tell how I had installed Vista on my Intel iMac with full
functionality and Aero Glass effects.

In addition, I had no problems with my Airport card.
However, I do have one problem: When I reboot into Vista from OS X, I
always have to connect manually to the Airport network. If I reboot into OS
X from Vista, OS X automatically connects me to the network.

Hopefully, I will learn how to fix this in Vista.
